Copying Profile Data to Another Profile

The Copy Profile feature provides the ability for you to copy claim office Part Codes table and Disclaimer data to one or more claim office profiles that you select. When using this feature, the target profile data is overwritten.

To copy profile data

1. Select Configure> Profiles from the menu bar.
2. Select the source profile that contains the Part Codes table and or Disclaimers to copy from, and then click on Copy Data from the mini-toolbar. The Copy Profile Data screen opens.
3. Select the Part Codes and/or Disclaimers option in the Copy From section.
4. Select one or more profiles in the Copy To section.
5. Click OK. The profiles you selected are updated.
